Why do we need you?

The projects we carry out for our clients continue to evolve rapidly recently. A lot is asked of our creativity and often this offers a lot of freedom in coming up with ideas. As well as being video producers, we are often involved in concept development and sometimes even involved in clients' marketing strategy.

As a result, we are looking for creative all-rounders who, in addition to filming, also think along in parts such as concepts, lighting and the audio side of videos.

But above all, we are looking for people who fit our mentality. You are the face of our company to our clients and that is important. More important than many people often think. You ensure that our customers feel they are with the right party. Going the extra mile for a customer. A positive, proactive and above all professional way of working. Serious, but always with a smile.

So what exactly will you be doing?

Your day is never the same. You are independently filming on location, with a (small) team, in some cases alone. You support the creative in larger productions or campaigns and contribute ideas on location. For smaller projects, it is possible that you pick up an edit yourself, or work together with the creative or editor. You will work throughout the Netherlands on all kinds of cool projects, for all kinds of clients. In some cases, we also work abroad, which does not exclude great trips!

On set, you are a great colleague who thinks along, we only make the project better when we work together and express ideas.

You almost never work from 9 to 5, sometimes making long days, but mainly during the week. You can't film a beautiful sunrise or sunset during office hours, of course, but your talent could be sorely needed there!

What will you bring to convince us of that?

Capture Rebels needs to grow in the coming years. We are ambitious and are looking for someone who is comfortable with this and wants to build the future together. 

Therefore, we hope you are someone who;

• Has at least MBO working and thinking level.

• Has at least three years of relevant work experience as a videographer.

• Is familiar with many different cameras and equipment.

• Has a structured approach and can work independently.

• Convincing our clients with a positive and professional way of working.

• Has a B driving licence. It would be great if you also have a car.

• Familiar with Davinci Resolve and Premiere Pro.

• Wants to grow with us.

• Is interested in new film techniques, lighting and audio.

• Does not shy away from challenges, but seeks them out.

• Communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Flexible and certainly not looking for a 9-to-5 job, all those cool projects are also sometimes done in the evening and at weekends.
